Question 1

Are these real Discord items?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every order arrives as a standard discord.gift link for an official Discord Shop item. You claim it on your own account, the same way you would a gift from a friend.

Question 2

Do you need my Discord login?

Accepted Answer

Never. We only send you a gift link, and guest checkout works without an account. Anyone who asks for your password or token is not us.

Question 3

Can I buy for a friend?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A gift link works for whoever claims it first, so you can send it to a friend instead of redeeming it yourself.

Question 4

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Usually about a minute per item once your payment confirms. Items are bought one at a time, so a big order takes a little longer. Crypto orders are delivered once the network confirms.

Question 5

How do I redeem my gift link?

Accepted Answer

Open the link while signed in to Discord and click Accept. The item lands in your collectibles, and you equip it in Settings → Profiles. Each link works once and must be claimed within 47 hours.

Question 6

What if an item can't be delivered?

Accepted Answer

We refund that item to your original payment method. Anything that was delivered is yours to keep.

Question 7

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay. Pay with crypto, save 8%: BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC and more.

Question 8

Why is it cheaper than buying in Discord?

Accepted Answer

We buy through a wholesale reseller partner and pass most of the discount on, up to 60% off Discord's price. The item you receive is the same official item.
