What we sell
In short: Official Discord Shop items, delivered as a discord.gift link you redeem yourself. DecoMall is independent, not part of Discord.
DecoMall resells official Discord Shop items, such as avatar decorations, nameplates, profile effects, profile frames and bundles. Every order is delivered as a standard discord.gift link that you redeem on your own Discord account. DecoMall is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Discord Inc.
Prices and payment
In short: Prices are in US dollars, crypto gets a discount, and the checkout total is what you pay. We never see your full card number.
Prices are in US dollars and include card processing. Paying with crypto gets a discount shown at checkout. The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay payments are processed by Square, and crypto payments by NOWPayments, through our checkout provider Shoppex. We never see or store your full card number.
Delivery
In short: Links usually arrive in about a minute per item, on your order page and by email. Each works once; redeem it within 47 hours.
Orders are fulfilled automatically, one item at a time, usually within about a minute per item after your payment confirms. Your gift links appear on your order page and are emailed to the address you enter. Gift links are single use and should be redeemed within 47 hours. Links that expire unredeemed can't be reissued.
Your responsibilities
In short: Use an email you can reach, keep your order page private, follow Discord's terms, and don't use us for fraud.
- Enter an email address you can access, and keep your order page link private. Anyone with a gift link can redeem it.
- Redeem gift links on an account that is able to receive Discord gifts, and follow Discord's own terms when you do.
- Don't use DecoMall for fraud or any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive. Our acceptable use policy lists what that covers.
Refunds
In short: If we can't deliver an item, you get your money back. Delivered links can't be returned.
If we can't deliver an item, it's refunded to your original payment method. Delivered gift links can't be returned. The details are in our refund policy.
Availability
In short: The catalog follows the Discord Shop, so items can sell out or disappear, even from your cart.
Our catalog follows the Discord Shop and can change at any time. Items may sell out, leave the shop or become temporarily unavailable, including after you've added them to your cart.
Liability
In short: As far as the law allows, the most we're liable for on an order is what you paid for it.
DecoMall is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
