How DecoMall works, and what we never ask for

Buying digital items below the official price deserves a few questions. Here is exactly how DecoMall works, so you can decide for yourself.

What you receive

A standard discord.gift link for an official Discord Shop item. You claim it on your own account through Discord itself, the same way you would claim a gift from a friend. We buy through a wholesale reseller partner, which is why the price is lower.

DecoMall is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.

What we will never ask for

• Your Discord email, password, token or two-factor codes
• Access to your account, a bot invite, or anything to download and run
• Payment outside our checkout

Anyone who asks for these is not us. Our only site is decomall.gift.

Who handles your payment

• Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay go through Square. Your card details go to Square, not to us.
• Crypto goes through NOWPayments. See how to pay with crypto.

Guest checkout needs only an email address, for your delivery.

If an order goes wrong

Your order page shows each step as it happens. Anything we can't deliver is refunded, and anything that was delivered is yours to keep. The details are in our refund policy.
